Attorney Marianne Emanuel Pantelakis has been in private practice serving the community of Salem since 1985, concentrating in family law, custody, support visitation. She is an experienced trial attorney admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts, Florida State Courts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.

She also volunteers as Lawyer of the Day at the Essex County Probate and Family Court in Salem. She is Secretary and on the Board of the Salem Bar Association, as well as coordinator of the conciliator program for the Salem District Court in behalf of the Salem Bar Association. She is a member of the Essex County Bar Association. Although her practice now is highly focused in the area of Probate and Family Law, Attorney Pantelakis began her career as a litigator, focusing in personal injury, premises liability and automobile accidents, medical and dental malpractice, workers’ compensation and landlord tenant matters.

Attorney Pantelakis is also a certified mediator, collaborative law attorney and a court conciliator. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in History from Boston University, and her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts.
